The patient presented with advanced periodontal disease and infected teeth in the lower jaw, requiring a comprehensive rehabilitation to restore oral health, function and stability. In the upper jaw, two additional implants were also needed to provide greater stability and support for the final restoration.
We placed 6 dental implants in the lower jaw and 2 additional implants in the upper jaw. After a 3-month healing period, the final restoration was completed with 24 zirconia elements supported by titanium bars, providing enhanced stability and a strong, functional result.
