My experience with this clinic has been disappointing. I travelled from the UK to Albania at the end of March for composite bonding and teeth whitening. Within 2 weeks, the bonding on one of my front teeth chipped. I then had to pay for flights and travel all over again to go back in May so they could fix it, which they said would be "free of charge". Just one month after that repair, the exact same tooth has chipped again. At that point I didn't want to keep flying back and forth, so I went to a UK dentist for advice. They told me the reason it keeps chipping is likely because my bite wasn't properly corrected and the bonding was not done properly. This overbite was something I actually raised with the clinic the first time it happened, and I was under the impression it had been sorted when they repaired it, clearly it wasn't. I was also not happy with the whitening. The results were very minimal and didn't really meet my expectations, especially as the gel was only left on for around 20 minutes. What's been most frustrating is how this has been handled. Even though the same tooth has now failed twice in a short space of time, the only solution offered is for me to come back to Albania again for another "free" repair. Realistically, that's not free when I have to pay for flights, accommodation, transport and take time off work just to fix something I've already paid for. I've since been ignored by HMC. Update: I've now had to spend £400 at a UK dentist to repair two chipped/broken teeth that were originally done by this clinic, all within the space of 2 months. Overall, based on the quality of the work, how quickly it's failed, and how everything has been handled, I wouldn't recommend this clinic.
