Hundreds of Patients, Hundreds of Videos: The Clinic That Lets Its Patients Do the Talking

Every dental clinic in Albania says it is the best. Very few can show you. At Health Medical Center (HMC) in Tirana, we stopped trying to describe ourselves a long time ago – and handed the camera to our patients instead.

The result is hundreds of patient videos: people from the UK, Italy, Spain, France and Albania telling their own story, in their own words, with their own teeth on screen. Our YouTube channel alone has more than 400 videos. If you are reading dental clinic Albania reviews and wondering which ones to trust, this is the easiest place to start.

Why a video says more than a star rating

A written review is a few lines of text. A video is a person you can see and hear – their accent, their home town, the way they smile before and after treatment. You can tell whether they are relaxed, whether the result looks natural and whether they mean what they say.

That is why we film. Not one showcase case, but patient after patient, treatment after treatment: dental implants, All-on-4 and All-on-6, zirconia crowns, veneers, composite bonding and clear aligners.

Each Smile Story on our website shows the patient’s name, where they came from, the treatment they had and when it was done. The videos are public on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, where anyone can watch them and leave a comment.

It is the same openness patients find in the clinic: named implant brands on every quotation, an implant passport for every implant, and a team that is happy to be filmed doing its work.
