Before you arrive: from the airport to Kavaja Street
Your visit starts at Tirana airport, where a member of our team meets you and takes you to your hotel. Our partner hotels are directly across from the clinic, so on treatment days your commute is a walk across the street.
The clinic is on Kavaja Street (Rruga e Kavajës) in the centre of Tirana, on the 2nd floor of Building D in the Park Construction Complex. Between appointments you can enjoy Tirana’s café culture, the National Museum and the Blloku district.
The reception: your first stop
The first thing you see when you walk in is the HMC reception: warm wood, soft lighting and our logo on the wall. This is where you meet your patient coordinator in person – the same person who has guided you since your first WhatsApp message.
Our coordinators speak English, Spanish, Italian, French and Greek, so nothing gets lost in translation – not your questions, and not your treatment plan.
The lounge
Waiting at a dental clinic does not have to feel like waiting at a dental clinic. Our lounge has soft seating, plenty of greenery and glass walls that let the daylight through. If you bring a friend or family member – which we always encourage – this is where they can relax while you are in the chair.
The treatment rooms
The treatment rooms open off a bright corridor, behind glass walls. It is a calm, open space filled with daylight.
Inside, you will find a modern dental chair, large windows that let in plenty of daylight and a screen beside the chair.
Technology you can see
Our dental units are modern and digitally controlled. And every treatment plan starts with proper imaging: HMC offers 3D CT scans, which show bone, nerves and roots in detail, so your plan is based on what is really there.

The people
A clinic is only as good as the people in it. HMC’s team covers implantology, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, backed by more than 20 support staff.
Implant cases are led by Dr. I. Toci, Lead Implantologist and Clinical Director, with more than 15 years of full-mouth implant reconstructions and over 3,000 successful cases. Meet the whole team.
What you take home
Every quotation names the implant brand and crown material, so you know exactly what you are getting. Implant patients leave with the MegaGen implant passport – a certificate card with a label for every implant placed, so any dentist can identify it in the future.
